ringer to change

hi
we are using nec ips 2000 system..we are getting station to station ring tone as external ring (long ring ) instead of internal ring.. can anyboy please suggest how to change the ring tone as internal ring

Try Feature 9 until you get the right tone.

You can't have different Ring Tones but you can change the ring & silence durations (cycle) whereas a trunk call can be different from an internal call.
