Ringer problems with two 2010 dt

I have an intermitent ringer fault with 2 2010 dt handsets. When dialled they sometimes ring, they sometimes don't. The problem seems to be rectified when u unplug the phone and plug it back in. However this is only a temporary fix, as they soon stop ringing again. The phones are plugged into a 403 which has been replaced and also upgraded. Obviously the phones have been swapped out, nothing seems to clear the problem, anyone help?

do you have this issue when you plug the ext in directly at the module. should be easy to test if the issue re-occurs quickly. also, look for a dial plan conflict, like ext number 513, and a group number 5131, or short code 51, better to have all your dial plan the same number of digits, including short codes, hunt groups, etc.
