Ringer Off and Caller ID

if per button ring control is turned on and that extension has bridged appearances of others with the ringer set to n.. why does that stop the caller ID of those inbound calls to the bridges? Is there a way to have the ringer off and still see the caller id when people call those number?

is that field strictly related to ringer on/off because the bridges show the info when the ringer is turned on for those.

If you want to fix what you say is not working, change it. You can always change it back.

I tested this with your issue and it is the resolution.

don't laugh, but the system in question is a cm 2.x. I don't see that field with that command and there's only 13 pages on there.
