Until yesterday our receptionist was able to forward to 441 when she leaves and it would ring over the paging system out in the plant so others could andswer the phone. Suddenly it no longer can be heard. I check the paging system itself and it works fine.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

What does the receptionist do to have this functionality work & is it still programmed the same?

Is 441 an analog port hooked to your relay/aux port?

Is 441 ringer (with AUX ring=Y in programming) coming off the Ringer port of the KSU?

Can you hear the ringing at your relay/aux port at your amp?

If 441 is a station, then look for an analog adapter. Check to see that it is still plugged in. There may be other devices attached to the analog device to enhance the ringing.
