When I make an outbound call from my digital phone the 50% of the calls there isn't ringback tone, I mean, I dial the number, it starts to dial and only is silence until the called answers the call and start the conversation, so it is very disturbing because as you only heard silence I don't know if it's calling or not.
It is a Server Edition R9.1 with SIP Trunk.
My question in this case is, who is providing the ringback tone, the Sip trunk Service Provider or the Ip Office?
