Hi,

To have a possibility for CDN and Application reports and RTR reporting we return some calls to Master script via ROUTE CALL XXX command. The problem is that customer hears ring back tone again-for the second time. Is there any trick how to avoid this?

Thanks in advance,

jj

Master Script
/* Title: Master Script */

GIVE RINGBACK
WAIT 2

WHERE CDN EQUALS

VALUE xx00: EXECUTE SCRIPT
VALUE xx01: EXECUTE SCRIPT
VALUE xx02: EXECUTE SCRIPT
VALUE xx03: EXECUTE SCRIPT

Master Script usually gives ringback...and I seem to remember problems if no ringback is given at this point. Looping it back to the Master you are pegging 2 counts to the CDN.

You should loop it back or overflow at the Secondary Call Treatment
WAIT, GIVE RANs, GIVE MUSIC, give anything, offer stocks, Then QUEUE to SKILSET again.
