Ringback problem with SV8100 using DT830 12 key phone

We have recently installed the new DT830 series (from the SV9000 series) 12 key phone in a SV8100 system. We had installed a IPLB card and the IP extension licences recently. The system was upgraded from version 6.00 to version 9.00 to accommodate the IPLB card.

The IP phone is working fine except for one problem. When the IP extension makes an internal call, the caller hears the ring back tone even when the opposite extension has answered the call. This is heard only by the IP phone caller. The ring back tone lasts for about 50 seconds (which seems to be the timer for sending ring back tone). After which the speech is clear.
We have also observed that the ringback always lasts 50 seconds even if the internal call is not answered.
I Do hope someone has experienced this problem and can help me out.
