Has anyone heard of a ringback over the VM message. I have a 4.0 switch that asked me to help. It is a new install with a shared audix. When calls come in over the DS1 and leave a message, there is ring back on every VM. Internally everything is clean. only outside calls. the Audix is not on site but in a different state. Replaced the DS1 already. Could this be a LD vendor problem delivering the calls?
