OK, I got it narrowed down. The ringback happens only on one line. And it always happens and it is always just one ring. So if a caller calls in on that line, line 70, and when they conclude and hangup the phone with that line appearance rings back one time. All lines are configured exacly the same.

There are no techs for this system that I can find anywhere. My MICS and CICS experience is not a whole lot of help.

If you know Norstar then you should be able to get around on a bcm, but like I said the first step is to troubleshoot the problem while the line isn't connected to the system and see if happens ( the ring back ) if it does then you have a trunk issue and need to call your carrier. If it doesn't happen then I would change the port for that line and re-test.

I can get around OK but troubleshooting is another matter. That is the plan for today. Also will try moving to another analog port and see what happens. Verizon cannot find any issues with the line.
