People are calling in, hanging up at the auto attendant, and the voicemail does not release the call.
The line calls back as dead air and then you get the "If you would like to make a call, please hang up and dial...blah, blah, blah...."
I think that it is the disconnect supervision on the outside lines from the CO, but have you run into this before?
