Ring two phones at one time?

I would like to simultaneously ring two phones at one time. How would I do this? I have a guy who has a desk phone and a cordless as well when he goes out on the shop floor. If somebody rang his desk phone, then I would like for it to ring his cordless.

Any ideas?

if this is a partner 18d, or one that has an aux port on the bottom, and the cordless is an analog cordless. plug the analog into the aux port. it will work from there.

Good tip! I will have to remember that in the future.

But the cordless is the Avaya 9031 (and yes the Partner18) so there has to be a way to make that work through the system programming.

put them both in a calling group. they can then be called via the group number.
