How do I change the number of rings for certain phone stations that want theirs customized? Currently all stations are set to 4 rings, however, there has been several complaints that their phones only ring 2-3 times. Please help!

In your users tab go to telephony, in there you will have the No Answer time which is where you can change the amount of time that the phone will ring in seconds.

You can't actually set the number of rings. You can, as said by Sabre, set the ring time and depending on the local ring pattern that will affect the number of rings heard.

You can set this both system wide and then overrides it for indivual users who want a different ring time.

Meantime, if the caller hangs up before the 4th ring, then you won't get 4 rings.
