Hi All,

I have a customer who does not want to use music on hold, for whatever strange reason, but when a caller hears a RAD queue greeting, after they just get silence, is there a way to return ring tone in between the queue rad's?

System is release 9, 3300MXe.

Many thanks.

how about importing a ring tone as a music file and pplying that as the music on hold after the rad

I have thought about that, but seems a bit messy and don't really wont to go to customer with that as a solution, will use it as a last resort if i have to,

Cheers

A few of my customers wanted a beep tone instead. So I created one similar to what I think Billz66 is suggesting about the ringing.

I would think ringing would be a real irritant.

Then the only answer is no. You get RAD, then MOH, then RAD again or another RAD. You could use a wav of rining as long as you don't put it as the system MOH. If you do then anyone on hold hears ringing.

There may be no i in team but there are three f's in fudge off.
