Is there a way in cm vector to ring the extension then queue the call??
My client wants to play some sort of alert/ loud sound for staff if there are more than 1 calls waiting.
Example
2 agents are staffed and already on the call, 3rd call came , customer wants to have audio alert instead CMS or vustats.
