Ring station and then queue the call

Is there a way in cm vector to ring the extension then queue the call??

My client wants to play some sort of alert/ loud sound for staff if there are more than 1 calls waiting.

Example

2 agents are staffed and already on the call, 3rd call came , customer wants to have audio alert instead CMS or vustats.

 
You could hook up a bell to an analog port and then program that port on the hunt group form.
 
Set call waiting on the threshold and add a queue calls button on the phone.

For alarm or light you can look at one of the Viking stobes/alarms. The BLK-4 connects to an analog port.
