Ring problem internal and external

Hello,

We have a problem with two extensions. One only rings external calls on, on another extension only internal calls are ringing. Is this an user setting?

There is a lot of ways to shoot this trouble
- try to replace any of them with other normal phone.
- try to copy the all configuration of normal extension to those two extensions.
