In what LD do you create the RNPG, thanks

You creat it in the same LD and at the same time that you create the phone

When you are building a digital phone include the following

CLS: PUA
RNPG: <what ever number you choose>
KEY xx RNP

(Please note: the end-users usually don't understand they need to have a line open before they use the Pickup feature)

Also, to manage the pickup groups LD 81 is esential, for example:

>LD 81
FEA000

REQ: LST
CUST: <your customer number>
DATE:
PAGE:
DES:
FEAT: RNP
RNPG: 20
FEAT: <enter>

PUA 00 0020 TN .......
PUA 00 0020 TN .......
PUA 00 0020 TN .......
PUA 00 0020 TN .......

I hope this helps.

What does this mean?

Thanks 81charlie, I found LD 81 on the software input output Guide page around page 836, you saved me from allot of reading

acewarlock,
Some features and processes just need a little extra training reinforcement. I've had many people say their phones are broken, when they just needed to open a line before activating features like Call Pickup and Speed Call lists.

Cheers,
