Ring pickup group extension?

I want to create a new extension so visitors can notify employees that there is a visitor at the front door. I was thinking of having a ring pickup group so multiple extensions could answer the call if they are available.
Trying to do this without adding new extension key on the phones. Any thoughts??

Have the door phone hotline to an alerter on the wall, which is a DN that everyone can Call Pickup.

Thank you for your suggestion. I'm going to add the new extension to a key on their phones as the dept head did not want another telephone set or wall alerter installed.
