Ring on Transfer on Partner Plus 3.1

I have a partner mail VS in this system with an attendant answering the calls. when an option is chosen there is complete silence unitl the call is answered. they do not have moh. i found #119 in an acs book to change the 'ring on transfer' field from 'moh' to 'ringback', but the 3.1 does not recognize this command. anyone know how to chnage it in this particular processor?

Hi tweege,
I think you are going to have to plug somthing that makes noise into the MOH jack. This system does not generate tones.
