Ring on analog port

Hi,

I have a Shoretel system. I have an attendant extension 5555 routed on DN 5243. I want to connect a bell to have in same time the ring on telephone 5243 and the bell. I have bell connected on SG30 port 12, DN 5249. How could I configure the system to ring in same time the DN 5243 and the ring with the possibility to evrybody to pick up the call with Feature *14?

I think you can use the bridged call appearance feature to do this. THis should allow you to have the same number ring at multiple locations.
