Hi,

I Have TLU44 in BC9. I don´t receive call in this board, only make external call´s. The Line Ring Voltage is +-53Vac, but the normal is 90-100Vac.

How I configure Ring Voltage in tlu44?

I´m Sorry for my bad english.

Tks

Hi,

When you are using trunk cards for analogue lines it is possible to configure the board for different line voltages. This is the DC voltage used by the CO and not the ringing voltage. Anyway the first thing to check in MD110 would be if the correct DC voltage is configured.

Measure the line DC voltage and post the value here together with the print from RODAP:ROU=xx; where xx is the Route number for the incoming route.

TLU44 can be strapped for long or short lines. This is to compensate for different transmission levels but I don´t think it has any impact on ringing voltage sensitivity though.
