We have a BCM50e, software v 2.0.2.05e

I am a remote worker in NC and need to cover phones for 3 hours during the morning. During the rest of the busy day, I only need to answer the phone as overflow when all CSRs in las vegas are busy on the phone (4 of them).

I was thinking of creating a ring group with me being the only member.

Then, set a scheduled morning ring service to utilize my ring group for the 3 hour period that I need to answer the phone.

I was going to create a hunt group for the other 4 CSRs in Las Vegas and set myself as the busy overflow for this hunt group.

If I don't set any other scheduled services except for the morning hunt group as stated above, during all other times, would the system default back to using the hunt group?

Not utilizing the auto-attendant.
