Ring Group to ACD or Users in ACD Queue

Hi All - A newbie here.

On my Mitel system I have a sequential ring group setup for our main line, it has 3 members and then a voicemail if the call is unanswered. I have configured my user profile to be able to add myself to the end of the ring group by hitting a key on my phone (present / absent). I also have and ACD queue for our service desk.

Due to staff absence in the ring group, I want to be able either:
add my entire ACD queue to the ring group on a present/absent basis similar to my situation
or
allow users who are also agents in the ACD queue to make themselves present in the ring group like I can

Is this possible?

 
I would not recommend adding the agents prime lines to the ring group.

You can however create a multicall key that appears on up to 32 phones and then control the Presence of the DN of the Multicall.

Thanks for coming back to me. I have tried adding both the agent numbers and extensions of those in the ACD group to the ring group and it doesn't seem possible to do either.

I am guessing that this would be the same with a multicall key?
 
What about redirecting all calls to the ACD group by using third party follow me?

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.
 
Don't assume.

I see no reason why the system would not let you add a multicall to the ring group regardless of where it is programmed.
