Ring Group no working

Hi all,

I've a weird issue.


I'm trying to set up some ring groups. It does work fine when I add prime line members to my ring group but as soon as I try to use multicall or single line, I get an error as follow:

"View error occured but no error code was reported"

-_- a bit frustrating isn't it ?

For the configuration details:
I've two controller using SDS both running MCD 4.1; no cluster, IP trunk in between. The ring group I tried to create has all its members in the same ICP.

Any suggestion ?

Sounds like a call to Mitel TAC is warranted.

Once again another half bake Mitel release. Wait for MCD 4.1 SP1. I have already identified 2 issues that has Mitel mystified.
