Hi All,

I'm after some help with setting up Mitel MXe controller with ACD and ring groups.

Call hits path 8690, and a RAD is played straight away to advise callers to dial option 1, 2, 3 and 4

Option 1 and 2 is routed to another ACD path - this is ok

Option 3 and 4 is routed to a ring group with extensions allocated,
- Ring group 8693 and has a name of Accounts team
- Ring group 8694 and has a name of Sales team

the problem I have is when someone selects option 3 or 4 and they receive a call it only shows the person calling, and not the name of the group.

The Mitel software is version 6.0 and all extensions are using Mitel 5340 handsets.

How can I get the handsets to show the group name?

Thanks Guys

You can create a Name Tag hunt group which will insert the identification you are looking for.

Thanks
Mike

I would not use Nametag unless absolutely necessary - they have issues

What happens if you call the Ring Group Directly?
