Ring Group Missed Calls

Hi
MiVB and MiCollab version 8.
Call comes in to RG and is answered. The other RG members get a call history missed call notification. Can you turn this off? How?

I don't think this can be turned off as it's not a feature, however, you can work around it.
Try this -
Instead of adding members directly into the RG, try adding multicall key appearance.
Basically create multicall key appearance on all extensions and then add the multicall key into the RG.

careful if you are trying to report or use real time on ring groups using MICC
Multicalls as members are NOT supported for real time and wont be reported on
