I have a DDI/DID that rings a ring group of about 20 users. The site is open 24/7 and the customer wants to divert the number over night to a different group. Night service is in use for a different dept and can't me used as the timings of each dept are different. Also tenanting can't be used as we are using hot desks. Any suggestions on how i can get the DDI/DID to ring a different group by a key press on a phone. The system is a MCD on Ver 7.
