Ring group CLID

I must be missing something somewhere. I have an 1140 set up as the reception phone and calls come into the system via PRI. The inbound route is set to go to a very simple time condition that during the day sends it to a ring group that comtains the reception extension. When reception transfers an inbound call, it only displays reception and the extension number on the receiving phone. If I change the destination in the inbound route to go directly to an extension, the external CLID displays. I have no CLID override anywhere in any of the programming.
 
I should also mention that this happens whether I have transferor or transferee set in the Attended Transfer number field in the Nortel settings.
