Ring Generator

We have a full column just installed 4 shelves. all 4 ring generators are not coming on. The light on the front panal is barely lit.We have replaced them, no luck. We have checked the input dc voltage, all good. They are NT6d42CD rel 4, dc power supplies are REl 4. Has anyone had this type of problem. Any help at all.

Have you powered up the shelves with the ring gen on? not mount card and use ring gen pwr switch.

the lights are usually dull, are they working though?

replace the ps in the base OR the xms monitor card,.. could be the power switch at the rear base, it can go bad.. the power buss connector could be cocked..

that looks like a 14 gauge wireing harness with square plugs on the right side of the rear, inside the ipes' (and network cabs)

not very likely all 4 rg's are doa
