Look at the hardware. Is the little green light on on the Ring Generator? if not try a power cycle on it. It should be the 2nd breaker in the shelf marked 2nd power supply. post back and let me know if that helped.
Thanks for your help. I had to replace the Ring Generator.
First time I ever replaced a Ring Generator Card. I tried to cycle the power but that didn't fix the problem. I had to replace the card. I didn't know if I had to Disable it or not. I just shut the power switch off and replaced the card and turned it back on. It works now.
that is the correct way to replace a ring gen, you can take the loop down but the dual power switch lets you leave the sets in service during the change
