Never thought I would have to ask this but here it goes. Is there a way or key type that I can send a call to an extension and ring the phone but not have the capability to be answered (Like view only). We have a nurse call system and for code blues it will ring a number of phones. The recipients are suppose to look at the caller id to get the info for the location but not anser the call.
