Ring down/hot line phones

Good Monday all. I need to build what PBX's call a ring down or hot line phone. I need a phone to be able to call a predetermined (programmed) number by just picking up the handset for a lobby application. I can't find/see where to set this up. Please help if you can.

What version CM?
Try this:
It was given to me, maybe it will help you. Its a C&P.

* Create Hotline partition
* Create Hotline CSS (only contains the hotline partition)
* Create a translation pattern with a blank pattern, put in Hotline Partition, enter the destination number in the Called party transformation mask.
* Set the CSS of the trans pattern to something that can dial the transformation mask.
* Assign the Hotline CSS to desired Hotphone.


I have not had to try this, but everyone tells me it will work or is working.
