Ring Down Circuits

I am running IP Office 9.1, that has a ring down circuit to (EOC) Emergency operations. The problem is they can't hear me on the other end. It connects fine, I hear them fine but slightly low volume, disconnects fine.

Truck type loop start.
impedance auto default.

Any suggestions?

not sure if this counts, but I have setup analog ring down lines for traders, and I needed to press a button after the connection for 2 way audio to work.. or a setup a short code to dial it and include a digit to do it automatically. it worked in the past without this, but it was broken since release 9.0 I think.

I have had the same experience. The client had to press "1" for 2-way audio to work (although any digit made it work).
