Ring control on an 8434D... 1

I have an admin that wants a VP's didgital conf desk phone to appear on her 8434 and NOT RING but be able to make calls for the VP.....any clues????? She has other bridged appearances that need to ring.....

I guess the "Rg:r" controls the ringing??? if so for NO ring, what should the value be?
