i made a change to one of my customers set ups
and i got most of it right
but the one thing i an't seem to grasp and haven't been successful searching an answer
is the AA schedule actions
i have the schedule correct
but can't seem to remember what triggers it to automatically change the number of rings from 5 to 1 on entering evening schedule
they haven't pushed a night service key
nor do they want to
entering evening schedule it switches to the correct CCR tree, just won't answer calls immediately when closed
thoughts?
thanks for any guidance, can't see the forest for the trees :)

Night service (Service Modes in Telephony) can be told to be OFF, Manual or Auto.
So look at the schedules and see if any are set to Auto.

In Callpilot the Lines setting is 24/7, the BCM or KSU can override using the Service Modes but will answer right away, sadly prevents CLID from working on POTs lines.
