Ring Cadence for QSIG/Cornet Calls

Is there any way to modify/change the ringing cadence for QSIG/Cornet calls from internal to external in the Hipath 4K?
Customer moved some DID/PRI circuits from the Hipath to a Cisco system.
The Cisco system now receives the DID calls and they tandem over to the Hipath via QSIG tielines.
The call rings at the attendant as an internal call (WAD) but they would like to have it ring as external as before when the DID calls were directly coming
in via PRI to the Hipath.

I looked at the trunk, attendant and trunk group settings and nothing looks like it would control the ringing cadence.
Looks like this is the way it's going to be with no change possible.

Thanks for any hints

First:
DISPLAY-ZAND:RNGTYPE;

Then CHANGE-ZAND:RNGTYPE...

Ensure you display first so as you can change back if required.

That is a system wide parameter so if you have existing extensions on the HiPath then their ringing will be affected also.

I would expect public call classmarks to be contained in the incoming setup to the 4K. If the call is being wrongly signalled as in internal call, that's the problem you need to address so I would look closely at the outgoing setup from Cisco and compare with the incoming setup from CO. I also would not expect an external call being signalled as internal call to be WAD, unless the design is pretty bad.

I think the problem you have is that both internal calls and external calls going between Cisco and the Hipath.
Changing the class mark would change all calls from Cisco to Hipath as ringing as external.

Got a similar issue with DDI's going to CUCM and then to our legacy DX but less of an issue as we only have ~300 extension on the DX.

QSIG can indicate both public and private network calls on the same circuit, that is not a problem. Whether the correct classmarks are sent - different issue. 4K will be responding to whatever data it has received in the incoming setup. You don't want to change all classmarks to the same value, what would be the point of that? You just want the correct classmarks built into the setup and that's a Cisco job here.

Thanks for the replies--I need to get more information from the site and find out what they really want. I will run traces to investigate the setup messages coming from Cisco for both types of calls and proceed accordingly.
