Ring before General Voicemail box 1

I am using option11 and Meridian mail. Currently we have the company main telephone number setup with auto-attendant . When you press 0, it go straight to General Voice mailbox.

How can change that so it ring on reception desk first, and when no one pickup then it goes to general voice mailbox.

I try to add the voicemail extenstion to a phone, but system does not allow.

Look in your MMail in your VDN table and find your main number, it is most likely setup as a Menu. Look at the properties for that menu service and then exit and go back one screen and go to your menu options and find the menu that was referenced in your VDN. Open that menu up and you should see your (0) setup to express message, most likely. Change that to a CL to call your attendant station. Then build a mailbox with your attendants DN.

On your attendant phone give it FDN and Hunt to your MMail DN, also give it (Cls - FNA HTA MWA) set your LHK to your last key you want it to hunt to.

 
I look at the Menu and replaced the Revert DN with the new ext. It work fine now.

make sure that that station is forward no answer/hunt to mail.. you may need to add a new vsdn pointing to the menu..jamie nailed it
