good day to everybody there... Need your support, When a directory (extn) line access a certain trunkline and engaged then after the conversation (on hook), the operator recieve a ringback tone from that trunkline. Can you pls. help to solve and analyze my problem

system : MD 110 (consono) BC9
 
What type of external lines do you have? Are they ISDN? or are they analogue?

Do your users press any digits when they get the engaged tone?
 
Hi slash50 thanks for your attention..The trunkcard we are using are TLU75, ROF 137 5336/1, R9A.

user doesnt' press any digit when engaged..
 
OK, TLU75 is an Analogue trunk line card. Which country are you in and who is your circuit provider?
 
I am in Saudi Arabia (Saudi Ericsson company)who provided our circuit.
