Ring back problem

Hello, i have a TDA200 conected trough PRI ISDN Qsig with a TDA100 at another site .
The problem is that on the extensions of the Tda100 i have ring back. The extension rings back and there is nobody on the ather end.
The calls these users make are going throuh the qsig connection and then through analog trunk lines on the Tda 200.
Can anyone help me?
