Currently the system is set up to ring back a person after they have been on hold for a certain amount of time and then drop into their mailbox if not answered. How do I disable this function? I haven't been able to find it anywhere. Thanks

In System/Telephony are the timers that you need to change. There's a Hold timer and a Park timer. Set it to something very high eg 5000 or something.

Doesn't it just continue to hold if not answered?

My system keeps calling every 15s if not answered, although we're not using Voicemail Lite/Pro for our voicemail boxes.

Its not supposed to roll to VM if unretrieved. Its supposed to go back on hold.
