Ring back after hang up

Hi Gent's
I have an Analog 1232 and one exension intermittantly gives one ring after they have had an external call and have hung up. It is fitted with 3 extension cards any ideas please Thank you

i would swap this with a differnt port and see weather the problem follows the port or stays with the extension in question.

if it now happens with the new port I would then swap phones .

Will try this out later in the week. I have also been told that if the user presses the plunger down and then hangs the handset up it is effectively doing a hook flash and this will do it, so am trying to get the user to check this.

I have A PANASONIC TD500.The time on the Attendant console is always wrong.Whenever I check in the main programming mode the system time is correct.Please help.
