Hello,

I'm a complete newbie to this system. I can marginally navigate Matworx but get lost with Command Codes.
Our system was configured with the ability to dial 350 and have all extensions ring with the call going to whoever picked up.
Somehow this code is now dialing an outside number.

If anyone can help me sort this out it would be much appreciated.

Also (hopefully this isn't against forum courtesy) is anyone familiar with the Neax2000ips system in the Northern VA area and willing to pick up occasional contract work with it?

Thanks

I need to see a list of your access codes. CMD 200, or with MatWorX you can list the access codes and post them. Do you know what the code is that used to work?

As for NEC authorized service in Northern VA, thee are local dealers you can contact. Try Black Box out of Sterling VA.

The feature you are describing is called group call by pilot number and the problem will be that someone has set a call forward all on the pilot number!

Easily fixed in matworx go into moc mode command E600 de 350 de CCC exe

Just thought I would add thet it is possible that you aren't using the group call by pilot feature but all have Dterms with a line appearance of 350 either way the fix should work!

Thanks for the assistance. I did get a tech out from Black Box. It turns out someone had programmed a forward all into the system at E600. As soon as that was deleted everything worked as it had before.
