Mitel 3300 MCD 4.2 SP1 with EMEM

I have a Ring all group that I need forwarded to a specific voicemail box. Here's what I've got so far, that's not working:

- DID points to Ring Group 152 with 6 members.
- Ring Group 152 overflow to *200 after 15 seconds
- *200 and 200 programmed on bogus PKM buttons - *200 CFA to EMEM Hunt Group 600
- Mailbox 200 exists (with specified extension 200)

Used this method to be able to have a Message Waiting Indicator on all phones for 200.

Internally, dialing *200 plays the voicemail box greeting no problem. However, overflow gives the built in generic voicemail prompt. Shouldn't it go to the greeting? What did I miss?

Thanks!

Make *200 as a nametag hunt group without members then keep *200 CFA to VM HG as you did.

Should work fine.

If you don't break the CID with the nametag HG, VM tries to find RG 152 as VM box (which doesn't exist thus plays general greets) and not 200.

OK so remove *200 from the PKM and create a *200 hunt group or do I leave it on the PKM anyways?

Thanks!

You'll have to remove it otherwise ESM won't allow you to create HG *200 since extension would be in use elsewhere.

Yup, that worked :) Thanks!!! So placing *+ext as an appearance allows users to transfer to voicemail boxes directly, however this method doesn't work for overflows from hunt groups/ACD...
