Ring Again Key ?????

I enabled the ring again on a 3903 phone on key 20 using LD 11, but for some reason I still do not see the feature on the phone set, am I missing something??? thanks

it probably only shows when you have dialed a busy number

I'm pretty sure the button will only show up if you've dialed a busy number.

No such luck, nevertheless I am currently reading the Input/Output guide and finding out that I may have to add that option on LD 15 OPT=RND ??????? Oh well

Ring again can work on no answer calls when the OPT in CDB is set as RNA This allows a caller to set a ring again against a dn that did not answer. When the desired station gess off hook to make or receive a call, and then goes on hook again, the station that activated the ring again receives a buzz. If set as RND then it only works on busy stations. The Ring again key should show on soft key when ringing internal station dn.

Thanks for the update roupe but I think I got the hold of this one, besides going into LD 11 and adding the feature in key 20 I also have to go to LD 15 then FTR and on my OPT set it to RNA, its actually on page 343 on the Meridian Input and output Guide, thanks for the help
