ring after pressing 0

On a Flash that is installed on a library we disable the General delivery mail box, now when an incoming call it will go to Auto attendant, if the caller press 0 it will ring ext 21 and 22, if no one answer after the 3rd ring it disconnects. Is there a way to make the phones rings for a longer period, or to go back to the menu or just avoid to hang up.

Under Set/Capabilities/CFNA set it to none.
I dont think it disconnects but rather starts to ring somewhere else?

Move Transfer Callback to 12 rings.

If its that then do DRT also.
Id dint think of Call back because it was only 3 rings.
