Ring a group of phones

Hi,
Is there a way in which i can ring a group of phones (similar to group call)but have it stop ringing when someone picks up a phone?.
The scenario is this we have a problem with client services not always being around at their desk's, so what is required is for the receptionist to be able to put a call to a DN and then it ring on 6 handests and someone to answer. We have i2001 phones

have you considered using a HUNT GROUP
or MCR on all 6 dn's

I have tried a hunt group but that doesnt seem to work very well, the customer get's bored and hangs up, MCR wouldnt work as the client services have their own DDi's, unless there is a way around this on the i2001.

simulatnaeous ringing is possible only using MCR.
You will require an extra free button in which same new DN can be configured in all the TNs.ie:- you will need to change the phone sets with higher model.
