Rights Problem with w2kpro

I have had a workgroup with about 30 users on it and 5 servers all w2k. I have made one server my PDC with active directory, No Problem yet. I created all my users and workgroups. I then joined my workstation to the pdc, all my workstations are win2kpro. I have a user called ME with god rights on the PDC. My PDC will not let my profile create files move files install programs anything, with the user Me. If I login to the local machine & not the PDC I can do anything with it. The local machine has a user ME with admin rights also. Very confusing why it won’t let me do anything.

Does the DOMAIN user ME have to be part of the local administrators group for you to have full rights ?

Or does ME have a restricted group policy being applied to it on Login ?
