Righthand Button Cut and Paste does not work

Please advise,
When I generate a Runtime version of my database using the office 97 Developer Edition Tools and install on another computer My Right Hand Button IE: Cut and paste does not work. The rest of the database works fine.

The runtime version of a db has restricted menus. One of these restrictions is suppressing the right-click menu on forms.

Effectively it's the equivalent of the flag Allow Default Shortcut Menus under Tools, Startup ... being unchecked.
