RIGHTFAX QUESTION

I have a new installation of rightfax 9.4> I have A nortel pbx otp 81 running RELEASE 5. The pri config is listed be low from the faxserver to the PBX. Here is the problem I can fax to any LD number by dialing 915555555555, but if i try to dial the local 860 area code 9860xxxxxxx, the call fails. Any thoughts??

This may not fix the problem you have, but a fax server should probably be:

DSEL 3VCE

You can change it on the fly.

I have seen this fail inbound calls....even voice calls.

You may have to change remove 1 from targ if your sets are tgar to one also. Could be getting blocked but there is know tn print to verify. just a thought.

Can you dial the number from a regular phone?

I can dail the number from any telephone in my company. Except from the Fax server

Did you check your TGAR/TARG settings like Wings08 suggested?
