Rightfax, H.323 and Avaya CM4.x

I have the following Avaya system:
Software: CM4.0
Hardware: G700
This is linked to a Rightfax server vi H.323 trunk using normal ISDN over H.323.

The Rightfax can receive faxes from the PSTN via the G700, but cannot send faxes through the G700 to the PSTN. I have done a trace on the Avaya when the Rightfax is sending but cannot see any activity on the G700. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem is welcome
