Rightfax database keeps getting locked

Hi guys, I'm running Rightfax 9.0 with the SQL database option and every couple days I keep getting a problem I try and open the Systems Manager and I get a error "this database is locked by ." That's all, nothing else. Anyone ever experience something like this? After I reboot the server it's fine, but I can't keep rebooting it every day, thank you.

Can anyone please help? It just did it again and the only way I know to get rid of it is rebooting the server, thanks!

The software comes with one year support service on purchase, you should be able to call Captaris Support for help.

As your post was a month ago, I assume that you probably have fixed the problem with Service Pack 1.
